USA, countries of past USSR are very steady and social security as the belief is not well perceived on the national level. In USA it is so because of generalUS mentality, pointing towards lower taxes, top position of private property, while in the countries of former USSR the economyis rocketing and the state-owned social protection projects are only being developed. In Europe on the other hand we can notice, that social protection have a very intrinsic position in the society, and therefore in students’ lives in this case. Having support from the state, students can concentrate on learning.During these procedures students do not risk to be put to army or some obligatory tasks, which will put the learning in a difficult position. per contra there are of course some drawbacks. First of all, sometimes due to this complaisant situation students are not motivated enough and as a consequence do not use their time sufficiently and can end up using a bit too much on their bachelor course for example. If they had put a lot of force, they practicably would have completed the bachelor earlierand as the result would have a time to undertake master course in advance starting their career and therefore increase their salary possibilities.
Thus, you can understand that learning is one of most diverse and challenging periods in life and there are a lot of roads to choose from, it’s for you to decide which one to undertake.
